A free, independent browser game for practicing the seven-letter honeycomb word-puzzle format.

What this site provides

Each day, the site presents seven letters arranged around a required center letter. Find valid words, discover pangrams, improve your rank, and return to earlier puzzles in the archive. Your progress and statistics are stored locally in your browser.

How puzzles are sourced

The daily puzzle data is collected by a server-side maintenance process and cached for reliable delivery. The browser calls this site's API only; it never receives database credentials or makes a direct request to a New York Times endpoint. The word list is checked against the seven-letter rules before it is served.

This site is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The New York Times. Rules and scoring guidance are written for this game and may differ from other word-game editions.
